In all toilet systems the wastewater collected
from the pumping and grinding apparatus contains solid organic
residues, toilet paper and other similar solids. Any unsuitable
materials that have been flushed away can clog the mechanisms
and cause a blockage and a malfunction.
In traditional systems both the macerator mechanism
and the w.c. bowl have to be removed and all the pipes disconnected
in order to undertake any repairs.
This is a job that has to be done by a skilled plumber, its
messy, may require disruption to tiles and decoration and
inevitably means delay and high costs. With the Sanisplit
system you simply detach the removable unit and slot in a

Sanisplit is a twin sectioned box with a built in macerator
pump that automatically grinds and discharges water (up to 100QC),
acid, grease water, body waste and toilet paper, originating
from either the bathroom or the kitchen, through a small 32
or 40mm diameter pipe into the nearest sewer or soil stack.
It can be fitted to any European Standard w.c. bowl with horizontal
outlet.
Sanisplit consists of a water-collection unit, permanently
fixed to the w.c. bowl and a second, removable unit, containing
the operating mechanisms. In the event of clogging, blockage
or mechanical fault Sanisplit enables you to detach the removable
unit from the fixed unit without having to disconnect the w.c.
bowl or the collection waste pipes.
It is very easy to take off the removable unit and this can
be done by the user.
