Sanisplit: Aesthetic
advantages |
| |
 |
 |
Traditional units tend to have exposed pipework
which looks un sightly. The sanisplit unit is unique in its field,
in that it has completely internal plumbing and all the pipes,
connections, valves and clips that inevitably spoil the appearance
of a bathroom are concealed, although external pipes can be
fitted if required. |

 |
Sanisplit can be connected to any type of WC with
a wall discharge to European standards. It is connected by inserting
the WC discharge into the rubber coupling on the tank and fixing
it with the clip supplied. |
| |
| |
 |
 |
The outlet and other pieces of bathroom and kitchen
equipment are connected to the back of the appliance, so that
all those pipes, connectors, valves etc. that inevitable spoil
the appearance of a bathroom can disappear. |
| |
| |
 |
 |
However the possibility of connecting pipes externally
still exists, for those installations where it is impossible
to install any other way. |
| |
| |
 |
 |
Where a shower tray is installed it does need
to be raised to allow the water to flow in to the unit. The
shower plate and bathtub must be at least 25 cm above floor
level. Note the raised platform in the picture. |
| |
| |
| The unit is able to pump both vertically and horizontally
up to 70 meters in length, and will therefore provide a complete
solution to most installation problems. This helps to overcome
the main problem, which is that sanitary waste pipework must
run with a fall, and the length of pipe that the regulations
allow to the soil stack, is limited to approximately three meters
for a 40mm pipe. |
